I founded Primary Care MSK with one clear mission: to improve MSK care where it matters most - on the frontline of primary care.

As a First Contact Physiotherapist working in GP practices, I saw the same story play out again and again. Patients bounced between services. Unnecessary scans, slow referrals, and rising frustration - for both patients and clinicians. MSK care felt fragmented, reactive, and at times, uncertain.

And I realised: it didn’t have to be this way.

What was missing wasn’t just training, it was the right kind of training. Practical. Evidence-informed. Grounded in the real pressures of primary care. The kind that builds confidence, sharpens decision-making, and makes an immediate impact in 10-20-minute consultations.

That’s why Primary Care MSK was born.
